These things are built really well, and I can tell you that spending any more than this on other/better 2ft fixtures is a waste. The new ones are a little bigger (wider, bulbs spread a little farther apart, slightly better beam pattern) than my 3yr old one, but they work just as well. I use these for 10x20 trays and they work great! Low cost of ownership (especially with the new included sun systems spectralux bulbs), and run really well.
