I was taking Lipitor and added ProFibe to my diet. Since then, my total cholesterol has dropped to 77. I am happy with my results , so I will continue to take it. Update. *by P***Y on October 6, 2013* Good flavor. Does not mix well just by stirring. It mixes good if I put it in just water in a water bottle and shake. It mixes great in a mixer. This did help lower my cholesterol. However, 4 stars since there is soy in this. I never quit having gas while taking this (4 canisters). To be honest, I feel that the sellers here need to show the label contents for this reason. Soy has that reaction for me no matter what soy I eat. Yes, I did work my way up to full dose. If it was not for the soy I would still be taking this. I respect the research done on the citrus pectin and have faith that it works but the other citrus pectin products are too expensive for me to use so I opted for this.
