What I received is not what was advertised (See photos). The memory foam seemed comfortable enough. Which is why I gave this product 2 stars overall, instead of 1. However, based on what was sent, there was no way to adjust the straps to tighten the armrest pads. The little buckles on the back do nothing. Once I slid the pads on the chair, they just flopped around. I even enlisted the help of 2 family members and they couldnt figure it out either.Also, I included photos of the measurements I took. Since there were two different dimensions on the page. The dimensions that are correct are: 10(L) x 5(W) x 1(H). Although, I would say the product is a tiny bit under 10 inches by about a 1/4".I wish these could've worked out. The price and comfort of the memory foam was good enough for me. I think I even like the look of these better than the advertised picture. But of course, not being able to use them is a drawback. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not what is pictured *by C***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2020* I was really excited to find a thick armrest since they are so difficult to come across. However, the item I got was nothing like what was pictured. I kept them because I couldn't find anything else, and they are.... okay. They deflate incredibly easy... and tend to flip off if you move your arm too much. The covers are soft, so I wouldn't say it's a complete waste. But the straps are not good at all, there is no really a way to adjust the straps it's just two elastic straps join with a plastic bracket in the middle, but can not be tighten, so the pads move out of place and even fall easily.
