I started a second batch, and everything was fine when I started it. By the next morning the unit was making a whirring sound, like something was rubbing, or a bearing was failing. I contacted customer support via email yesterday. They responded immediately with suggestions for correcting the issue. The suggestions didn't help, and we exchanged a few more messages. By the end of the day, they determined that there was a problem with the unit I received, and sent me a replacement. It arrived today, less than 36 hours after I first contacted customer support.
