It works, for the most part, like the Skills counterpart. I was able to use and train with it effectively.A few things that stopped this product from getting a 5 star rating is the fact that the sticks are inserted into a rubber bushing that is a bit hard to move around. It also looks like it takes a beating if ppl keep hitting the stick and putting stress on that part. Not sure how long this will hold up. And the base says you can add water or sand to make the base more stable, but the base isn't sealed well and leaks water. So have sand handy.All in all, this product did not disappoint. We had trouble at first with the pole spinning in circles when it was hit but finally figured out how to extend the pole so it wouldnt do that!
