The "raw" KB is well made. The seller packaged the item well, and shipping was fast (for non-Prime). The problem is that the power coating is chipped in numerous spots. The largest chip is about the size of a quarter and located on the handle. The powder coating is thick so you can feel the sharp edges where it is chipped. This KB should never have left the manufacturer, and should have been sold as a damaged item. The KB looks similar to the pics provided by reviewer audioholic (02/12/2019). I would strongly recommend considering a Prime Seller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality kettlebell *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2018* This is a very high quality cast iron kettlebell at a reasonable price. The cast iron feels great for longer workouts. Handle is wide enough for above average size hands. Seems to be very durable so far. I'll definitely order the same brand when I need a heavier kettlebell.UPDATE - Taking 1 star off. The powder coating started to chip off on the handle after about 14-15 months. This led to a patch of rust a few months later. Still a good kettlebell for the price but I'll have to sand and paint the handle before the rust gets too bad. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than I expected.... *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2019* I own a number of kettlebells in different weights, including CAP and RKC, but this recent purchase is probably my favorite. Most importantly, it doesn't have that annoying ridge on the underside of the handle like both sets of CAPs that I own. The texture is very similar to my 32 kg RKC, which is a slightly pebbly to provide a good grip, but not so pebbly as to be abrasive to the hand (but I'm in the habit of using chalk regardless of the texture). If I could change anything, I would make the handle not quite so wide--it's about 8", which is about an inch wider than my other kettlebells. This gives a nice grip for two-handed swings, but is a bit annoying in requiring you to spread your legs wider than you might be accustomed to. The bottom is nice and flat to provide stability for things like renegade rows.
