Is it curved or flat?** A: It is clear, but, it also has the privacy feature, too. So from the side it's not clear. Also, it is flat. It stops right before the edge screen. **Q: what is the little clear elongated hole on the left is for?** A: That is for where your cameras are, once you put it on it lines right up with the cameras so u can see through it **Q: How well does it work with fingerprint scanning?** A: Same for me. Privacy is good but touch does NOT work **Q: Does this block the sceen from all angles or only from the side? If I have my phone in landscape orientation can my screen be viewed from the side?** A: You are not able to see anything from any angles at a certain distance. It is only visible when you are facing your phone directly in the center and up close. BUT there is one big negative. Depending on how you install the screen, you may have trouble texting or clicking on keys. Sometimes it does not pick the correct item. When I had the screen on I was not able to text at my regular speed. I had to slow down and make sure it was clicking the correct letter.. That is why I removed my screen. Once you get it on though, it's too hard of plastic to wrap around the edges of the screen and stick properly. It makes the screen too dark to see when you're outside, and makes the fingerprint unusable. I did manage to get my case on with it on but my case goes over the front first which helped. Ended up returning it but now I'm stuck with no screen protector until the new one I order comes in the mail because you can't reuse them and I obviously took my old one off to put this one on. Great idea, but they did not make good use of it. The description is also not true, it's plastic and does not fit well. It also left weird bubbles on the top and bottom of phone that even using a little squeegee, from another screen protector because thas that is yet another thing they don't give you, didn't help at all. I'm very disappointed, I was so excited about the privacy effect but should have known based on all the reviews that it just isn't a usable item.
