I open it up out of a brown box , was thinking it was gonna be in the original green box like they portray it. I take it out and there are scratches everywhere on the console on the adapter only thing that was fine was HDMI cord. I plug it in an get as far as creating a new email and it shuts off….in attempts to reboot it several times and also unplug it and plugging it back in after waiting a little it just got worse. Now the thing won’t even turn on. I let it chill out for a little bit again. I plugged it back in AGAIN and go to turn it on and it’s making the beep sounds when you turn it on but no white light behind the Xbox logo. Now my TV won’t even recognize if it’s on or off. Honestly screw these ppl and I just called to return it and the operator at Amazon basically told me that the seller will get back to you at their convenience and I won’t have a refund until X amount of days. Awesome. So glad they sent me a complete faulted system. Not even 30 min out of the box and I was experiencing problems.
