I use bergamot for antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties, around the home e.g. air freshener which also helps with stress reduction - I’m physically disabled with chronic levels of arthritic joint and muscle pain, bergamot is known to help with fatigue and stress in Asia. It’s soothing and helps an irritated scalp naturally - I’ve sensitive skin and most anti dandruff products especially the famous one burns my scalp. I’d highly recommend this brand and fragrance.Also in their range they do pre-mixed bottles for sleep, anxiety & stress etc and FYI (you heard it hear first) their stress relief blend works wonders.You can see from my pictures I use a lot of brands but Nikura’s def my fav, especially for their Bergomot.
