I have had other cheaper loungers similar to this in the past & never had any problems before so very disappointed in the quality of these, I expected them to last longer!The overhead parasol cover part is OK although fiddly to put up/down & again, the mechanism is cheap & not particularly stable.The only reason we have kept these chairs is due to the fact we couldn’t find anymore that could deliver when we wanted. I certainly wouldn’t buy these as “nice garden furniture “. This is a good sun bed despite it being very close to the ground. It's not padded but still fairly comfortable. The sun shield is a bit flimsy but is very useful and means you can read in comfort. It can also be adjusted as can the back rest although the brackets on the bed part are rather stiff.
