Several years ago I was on a medical supervised Medifast diet. I thought the few products they sold were fine, but not memorable. A more recent diet sold a chocolate pudding packet to mix with water--tasty and high in protein. This was my bedtime reward for doing well all day. Very tasty. I was hoping this would be similar. IT WAS NOT! I gave it away, but warned the recipient about the taste.

Medifast does chocolate REALLY well!  Late-night starvation?  Tempted by that eight-pound Snickers bar? Grab a Medifast pudding, lose that blubber, and kill the craving.  I have lost over 70 POUNDS on Medifast's "Five plus One" plan:  you can too!  Treats like chocolate pudding make it easy.  And remember, Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
