Having said that it is a little bit squishy, in that it could be a little firmer so it does not loose its shape. i have only slept on it less than a week so who knows but at present neck and shoulder seem fine. Why can we not have more pillows that look after the shoulder etc for side sleepers. So thank you who ever made this hope it does not affect my allergies but i have put it in a pillow protector. Oh and the original one was made in India ! Ahh as an addendum I have now slept on it for a few nights so beware the middle bit looses it structure somewhat so not much support for the neck unless you push your shoulder right up and make it a bit firmer for the neck. Which side should you lay** A: I have used both sides actually but I personally prefer the side which gives you the most of the pillow at your face and the least of the pillow behind you. I have a Frozen Shoulder so sleeping is painful, but this pillow really works well as I can have my head supported well enough to take the pressure off my shoulder.
