First time, the chicken was grilled very nicely and a quick clean up. The second time, pork tenderloin grilled nicely, but it did stick to the mat when it was finished. We used a nice rub which seemed to burn onto the mat. Clean up was difficult and took a lot of time even after soaking the mat in warm soapy water. It never came entirely clean so I thought about throwing it away. Also, one edge was burned white and after cleaning I had to cut off about an inch. Again, the temp was medium (about 340-360). They should warm people to NOT USE MAT WITH SAUCES OR SOME RUBS. The max temp you can use is 500 degrees, so I couldn’t get the char/grill marks that I like. When I tried to get the grill marks, it overcooked the meat. Cleaning was ok...used dishwasher. But getting it from grill into dishwasher without spilling fat, etc. was too much of a pain.
