    Inspiring

Inspirational of the authors to share his story and wishing him the best.Could be helpful in getting an editor and reworking the beginning first few pages as well as the end author info as seems a bit confusing. The grandma story should be outlined better in the beginning as far as the purpose of the story. Also being super healthy first half of like then saying had surgery at 20 etc is confusing.Nice read for people who also have AS and especially those who need to understand what others who have it are going through even though they look normal.

I am a 53 yr old female who was diagnosed 2 years ago.  Fatigue is definitely the worst.  And yes, nobody gets it.  I'm just anti-social.  Thank you for your insight.  It's nice not to be alone.

So as for at lease one negative comment, what are you looking for, technical and medical documentations or personal human interactions?I view this book as communicating of lifestyle changes, kind of like a consensus of experiences, helpful in knowing what to expect out of this condition in identifying what is normal and what is not normal about it.In reading this author's tale, I found almost the exact pattern of what was going on in my life in discovering having AS and the book was helpful in knowing that it is not my imagination or feeling lost on what was happening or being alone.I appreciate the sharing of personal information about a condition that many people are not understanding, that personal experience of what they were dealing with, not a text book science explanation of the disease for which is faceless and apathy.Thank you Kip Jennings for sharing your personal story, it made my day.
