Review: Very good but take precaution if you wear swimming cap - its pretty straightforward, does what its supposed to do but definitel dont pair it with a swimming cap, espeically the type that ss upposed to go over your ear. this one extrudes enough that it pushes the swimming cap upwards, makes water go in.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Package does not come with instructions as to how to insert.  What is the proper way?**
A: The part that looks like the head of a nail goes in your ear so that the long rods are sticking out. You should basically look like Frankenstein.

**Q: How many times can you wear them? Do they wear over time.**
A: I have worn them 3-4 times a week since mid November (3.5 months as of this writing), and they have been great! I’m actually surprised ear plugs that were that inexpensive have held up so well.

**Q: How are these ear plugs inserted.**
A: It has been awhile since I bought these, so I don't recall if there were instruction.  Usually the plug is inserted with the longer flap facing downward.  I just put a bit of pressure on either the longer flap or the stem to create a seal.  They work finde

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit big for my small ear canals. But effective.

I bought these earplugs because getting water flushed into my ears can cause vertigo. When I go to my hairdresser's and lean back in the sink, she never fails to spray water right into my ears. I wanted Mack's Earplugs but they wouldn't have gotten here on time so I got these. The earplugs have a little case which is nice and they looked like they would be perfect for my needs. However, I have small ear canals and these hurt a little getting them in and again, pulling them out. A little water leaked in but they did successfully ward off most of the water that was being sprayed into my ears. I now have Mack's Earplugs and will use them when I go back in three weeks for highlights. They are more pliable and fit my canals better. But no doubt, Speedos are good too. If you have average ear canals, they do form a nice seal and keep water out. You can still hear but, in my case since I already have hearing loss, it is quite muffled. Decent price, decent earplugs.
