You need to do your RESEARCH or you could damage your system.For example,Corsair has multiple versions of their SP120 fans, some quiet, some high performance, some led, and some rgb.SP120 High performance: Power Draw 0.18 ASP120 Quiet Edition: Power Draw 0.08 ASP120 LED: Power Draw 0.40 AIf you put 3 of the LED fans you are exceeding the minimum specs of the motherboard and would need to find out from the motherboard manufacturer if it is safe or not.That said, my case is lit up a beautiful violet/purple color because I got the Corsair SP120 RGB LED fans - they have a separate cord for the LED's color and pattern controller which also powers the LED's separate from the fan itself. I called corsair to find out the power draw of the fan only and they said it has the same specs as a standard SP120 fan so the draw is 0.18A max, so it's perfectly safe for me to use the splitter in this case.If you're planning to use LED fans with this splitter make sure that they don't exceed the maximum draw of the header or else find fans that have separate fan and LED power.The whole point of my review is to be careful when using splitters and things that might but extra strain on your electronics, know what things are capable of doing before just plugging things in mindlessly.With all of that out of the way, I will say that this was the only product out of 3 different ones I tried that allowed my motherboard to control the speed of my NON PWM FANS! I spent a lot of time building a small system to sit on my desk and wanted it to be silent when I'm not gaming and this splitter was the solution.I realize this is a very very long review for something that's "just a splitter" but it ended up being crucial to my build and something I didn't anticipate having this much issue with.The build quality is also pretty solid, I was able to get everything out of the way and get to where it needed to go. The braided cover seems of good quality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone needing it for a build. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Quality, Redommended *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on March 16, 2019* I just wrapped a computer build and found that I was short two fan headers. I wanted the option for another fan so I decided to look for a 3-to-1 splittler like this.The first thing I noticed was the build quality. The cable was substantive and the sheathing adds a nice touch to the cable. I also liked the fact that this cable had a long lead before the split. This provided enough cable length to conceal the split behind the scenes.One of the three leads provides fan control and is clearly marked with a white label. This connector has one extra pin in its connector (look close).I used this adapter with two identical fans (my yet-to-be-purchased third fan will match the others). I suspect it might be important to use a splitter like this in conjunction with fans that are all the same make and model given the fact that only one with require feedback on RPM speed. Probably a good idea to have fans that are all about the same age, too.In testing this splitter, I found that my motherboard equally increased the speed of all three fans through the single header.I’d buy this again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Make sure your mobo fan header can handle the multiple fans! *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on February 17, 2019* Great product to run up to three fans off of one 3 pin header. Other reviews stated that some of the connectors didn't have pins. It is designed this way. Only one fan will report its speeds to the mobo (the one with the white tag you can see in my photo). So two of the three male connectors only have two pins. All black cables fit in nice with most setups.
