Email them regarding the concern with photos and they try to make it right every time. The reason I put 9.8/10 is because the only concern I have with these is that if you are not careful when unscrewing the dropper cap it will give you a cut. Like a paper cut almost. If you are careful enough it shouldn't happen too often. But I would say that is the only downside/caution.
