The Cockatoo Shampoo is amazing!!! My bird has a plucking problem, which means that he is constantly covered in blood in one place or another. He then proceeds to wipe the blood all over his body while he tries to normally groom himself, how birds do. Additionally, he is white, so his feathers pick up oil and dirt and such and can look nearly brown. I was amazed at how well this shampoo, with just a light rubbing this shampoo lifted all of this dirt grease and dried blood stains right out of his feathers. The blood sometimes takes a few washes, but we all know how hard it is to get blood out of white things. So, I'm truly impressed by this products ability to clean our dirty birdies :) Additionally, I am very careful when I bathe him, but I have NEVER noticed any irritation on his end from the shampoo, and his feathers come out very light and fluffy after using it. In my opinion, this is an amazing product!
