I don't think any other size would fit better, so I would judge them pretty true to size. I should warn that I wore pantyhose with my costumes because I read the shoes were scratchy and boy, was I right. They were really comfortable with the hose but when worn alone, they scratched my feet and heels. I would suggest some tights with these to make them more comfortable.
