I was shopping for fish oil when this came up on Amazon. I read other reviews and bought it. My cat loves it and her coat has regained all the lustrous shine she had in her youth and the shedding has really been reduced. She is a black cat and she is 11 years old. I have reordered this and a bottle for each of my dogs.Update, I am cat sitting my daughters cat. He has a horrible time pulling his hair out when he is stressed. The new environment caused him to pull most of his hair out and his skin was raw and bleeding. I started him on 4 squirted a day. It took a couple of weeks and he is so much better. His skin is better and his hair is growing in. I took him to the vet and they wanted to start him on steroids and anti flea med and all manner of very costly meds. Well I did True Dose instead. Now the vet wants to know how I did it! My daughter is dying to see her furbaby! If your cat or dog has hotspots, anxiety pulling hair and chewing skin try this stuff if you can get it! Amazon has been unable to stock it for several weeks. But I have 4 cats and that means using more each day. Some would say feeding the cats separately is what should be done but that is very difficult to do. And it also has to put on (mixed into) their food which is not particularly ideal either.I am going to try another product that mixes with their water and see how it goes. She has very bad dry skin, year round, and scratches and scratches and scratches, to the point that she ends up with little scabs all over her head and shoulders. She also over-grooms her forearms until her poor pink skin shows through and she gets bald patches. Less than a week of using True Dose, and her fur was growing back! After 2 weeks those scabs were healing right up and her gorgeous fur was growing back over them too. She's incredibly soft and her coat is nice and thick now. She's about 15 but still looks like a baby. I free feed, which I know isn't recommended, but she won't eat more than a couple bites at a time so scheduled feedings don't work for us. I just squirt 4-5 pumps of True Dose when I fill the bowl, shake it around a bit to get her kibbles covered, and she's good for a couple days. Excellent product! She's even got more energy, plays more, and seems to have a more even temperament since starting True Dose.
