The packaging itself is gorgeous and looks high value and clean and sleek. You can fit the kit in handbag or travel bag.The instructions are clear and easy to read and understand. There was no point where I wasn’t sure what to do. The kit includes three gels which is 6 days of whitening in total. The gel is easy to squirt into the mouth guard and the guard fits well in the teeth. I was surprised as I did think it would be uncomfortable but it wasn’t at all! The flavour is quite light and minty more like a toothpaste than anything else. I was expecting it to taste horrid but it’s not unpleasant at all. I noticed significant results from day 3 and As a frequent tea drinker I do have some stubborn staining on my teeth so was very impressed with the results I do look after my teeth on the whole which I think does help. Don’t expect miracles from this kit but do expect some excellent whitening. I’m not sure how long the effects will last but I hope it’s a good few weeks ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not recommended, better options *by C***E on 28 May 2020* Not the best one out there... does whiten but not as much as advertised. Got my teeth about 2 shades lighter and I followed all the instructions correctly. Better off saving your money and getting whitening strips , do a better job and you don’t pay for the whole gimic of the light wich actually doesn’t make a difference. ### ⭐ Does not work!! *by C***S on 1 June 2023* Does not work!! Waste of money and time! This did not work at all no changes to colour of teeth and the process is difficult to use. The measurements is not accurate has keep running out of gel per syringe.
