The cup holder itself is very well designed to accommodate and hold many styles of cups / bottle / etc. We have not tested this holder in an environment where things shake a lot (boat / car / stroller) - but I think it could work well. I went with this one because it seemed to have decent reviews. It works ok but as you walk it slides down on an angle so if you have a full cup in there it might spill. It's also quite tall and a small/medium iced coffee cup gets swallowed up.
