Paper is much thicker than Moleskine notebooks. Good for fountain pen users.The elastics pen loop across the spine is brilliant- completely out of the way if not used, works well for both skinny or bulky pens.My only improvement wish would be to offer it in a soft cover as well.Definitely recommend this product and will be buying several more in the future.Almost forgot, it was a 2-pack! The pages and binding feel substantial (if not overly stiff when new).If drug/bigbox stores carried this these on their shelves, I could easily see them charging $20 per book. They even came boxed,wrapped in cellophane.
