Minor issues. *by M***X on Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2021* I decided to go with this pan because it was the correct size with the drain centered for a good price.It arrived quickly and in good shape. Don’t forget the drain hardware in the box.I had some issues with the drain. This pan comes with a molded drain flange which is a proprietry system Swanstone has for its drain hook ups. There is threaded set up (ie, like a sink drain flange and gasket) and instead you push a neopreme gasket down around the 2" pvc drain pipe between it and the outer flange of the pan.This idea works well in concept, but this is provided you have a wooden subfloor. I had a concrete subfloor (pad) and so I had to carefully remove the concrete around the PVC 2" drain pipe in order to sink the pan's drain flange BELOW the floor. So bear in mind they want you to sink the drain flange (which is about 4 inches) below the subfloor, which allows the PVC drain pipe (2" pipe) to sit up to about ¼" below the shower pan floor.It was also pretty hard to fit the neopreme gasket around the pvc pipe between the pipe and the flange, as the rubber wanted to split and buckle in a few places. Make sure you lube that black gasket up real good on both the outside and inside of it so it slips on. Yeah, I know, it sounds weird, but it will save you a headache.The pan itself is an off-white. I would have liked a pure white better. I also wasn't crazy about the peppled texture on the pan floor, but it is non-slip and that's a bonus. It wasn't too difficult to seat the pan in a mortar bed. Please don't skip this step as it will ensure the pan does not move. We also added roofing nails around the perimeter of the pan's top flange into the studs (do NOT go thru the pan itself!) and that kept it from rocking while the mortar bed set. A bit of a belt and braces job, but we took the additional step because we were tiling over the top flange of the pan and wanted zero movement.All in all, a good pan. I had a little scratch on the curb and was able to take it out with some 400 grit sandpaper with no blemishes. It cleans up easily. Some rough edges around the drainage area molding but that was also easy to sand down with 400 grit sandpaper.I also wasn't super crazy about the drain cover being plastic, (Veritek) but it didn't look too bad when installed. Just make sure you have the neopreme gasket down far enough over the 2" pipe, or the drain cover won't go down far enough and will pop up, won't sit flush to the pan, etc. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice sturdy shower base. *by C***5 on Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2021* Very strong and built well. Can't go wrong with this base for the money. I didn't like the built in drain so I cut it out and used a screw in floor drain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality base *by G***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2014* Looked forever for this at the local lows and depot but they didn't have this size. Arrived well packed. Can't complain having this shipped so fast with Amazon prime. No dents and surface looks slip proof. Need to install it soon but don't foresee any issues. Can't complain for the money spent. Come on guys it's just a shower base.
