Unfortunately it turned out to be there is some manufacturing defect as the foam near the neck is clearing out all the time and there is no cushion after sleeping a day on it. Because of this she had neck pain for two days and immediately ordered a new one. So I started the return, the customer service people helped me a lot to complete the return smoothly. 5 star for that. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too Small. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2019* I was so excited to get this pillow I had a similar one when I was pregnant with my first and loved it. However this one is very small. I’m 5’2 and pillow is super short It doesn’t even make it to my knees which is why One of the reasons I needed it. I also don’t like that the zipper to the pillow case is on the top of the pillow... when I have heartburn and need to sleep a little elevated the zipper sits right on my face.
