## Description

Ready to take your gaming to the next level? RESPAWN has the perfect seating solution for the console gamer who craves an extra level of comfort. The RESPAWN-900 Racing Style Gaming Recliner, Reclining Gaming Chair, in Gray, helps you win while relaxing in style. The gaming recliner features segmented padding that provides all-day gaming comfort with a headrest pillow to keep your spine aligned. There's even a built-in cup holder, in the left arm, to make hydrating easy and convenient and a removable side pouch to keep game controllers and headphones at an arm’s length away. The chair and footrest are a continuous unit, which eliminates traditional recliner gaps for wires to get caught when you collapse the footrest. The back reclines 135-degrees and moves independent of the extendible footrest, and vice versa, to provide freedom of choice in how you sit. The pedestal base provides sturdy support so you can recline and extend the footrest with confidence. The recliner swivels 360 degrees and holds users up to 275 lb. An award-nominated brand, RESPAWN is committed to your satisfaction and covers this desk with our RESPAWN 5-Year Limited Warranty. Sure, you can level up without this comfy gaming recliner, but why would you want to? Rest comfortably, and assured, because the chair is covered by the RESPAWN 5-Year Limited Warranty. Game on!

Review: Best choice for this type of chair hands down! - I love it. I was nervous ordering it because I ordered a depointer chair (left in photo). I originally liked it, but the welding in the base gave and so they had to send me a new one. The new depointer chair sent was wobbly and crooked :( so I lost all trust with that company and decided to take a risk with a similar chair but different brand. IMMEDIATELY I noticed the difference. Respawn assembly was easier with better directions, the chair is soooooooo much more comfortable and soft. It's also larger (I am 6"2) so the recliner hits my ankles not mid calf like the depointer chair. My head also rests against the pillow comfortably in my respawn chair. The welding is much more reinforced and all in all, I am so happy with my respawn 900. Plus the company has great policies so you do not have to worry about the hassle I had to endure through depointer (they would not refund me even though the chair gave after only 7 months) there are a few similar models of this chair, so I hope people see this first, because Respawn is not only much higher quality for same price, but they actually care about their products quality and customer experience. I mean even the box it came in was super cool! Thanks Respawn!
Review: 2 years owning it now - So, I wanted the ultimate comfortable chair. I didn't care if it was a gaming chair or not. This had everything I wanted except wheels. Fixed that by ordering a 24-inch plant dolly and some zip ties. I started out weighing in at about 280 lbs. You're going to crush most padding so I ordered more. Also because my tailbone would hurt on any chair because I was so heavy. Modified. Wear and tear on the fabric is evident. It hits my desk when I move it to push it in or whatever. The cup holder for me is great to hold random things (KVM remote/Vape/etc.) but I wouldn't put a drink in it. I generally have this chair back and a lap board for my kb/m as I play Elden Ring, Lost Ark, or whether I'm deep in excel sheets/data analysis or research and its still comfortable. A bit expensive but when it comes to PC comfort for long hours of the day, this chair has delivered. OH I should say I talked to tech support about modifying it, and they said something blablabla warranty and blabla don't condone modifications. My guess is if you fall over they don't want to be held accountable. Not to be done if you have extra curricular activities with your SO during a PC session. But for moving the chair out of the way for vacuuming? Great!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it compatible with Xbox one**
A: I can confirm that this chair works with: Xbox one, Xbox 360, Xbox, Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Nintendo 64!!, Gamecube, GameBoy, Virtua Boy requires this flat, stable add-on (rip-off), Wii, WiiU even SWITCH! All of the Playstations, heck even vintage consoles like Atari and Colecovision!

I'm not sure which DVD and BluRay players it's compatible with, but as it is just a chair, I'm certain you'll find it's compatible with any device-powered activity in which you participate on your rear-end.

**Q: I see this isn't height adjustable. How high is the seat from the floor?**
A: I measured this as my seat was too low. It sits at 13.25" from the floor to the top of the seat cushion you sit on. I sat down on it, put the tape measure to the floor and rolled it up to the top of the seat cushion. It is exactly 34 cm. The manufacturer that says it is 17.25" is way off. Most normal chairs are at the 40 cm range, which is about 15.75". This seat is 2 inches below that. Everybody in our house that has tried to use these reports it is too low for a standard 27" desk. It is the lowest seat we have. I measured several times, both chairs we purchased, to verify. It is 34 cm seat height (from floor to top of seat cushion where you sit your butt). I compared to other swivel chairs, fixed chairs, all of which are near 40 cm (15.75"). The only chairs we have that sit as low as 13.25" (34 cm) are the folding picnic chairs you pack in a shoulder sling bag with soft fabric seats that dip low when you sit in them. You will exercise your knees to get out of this chair. It is low to the ground and not at all suitable for a gaming desk.

**Q: How serious is that weight restriction? My husband's around 300 lbs.**
A: Thank you for the interest in our RSP-900! Sorry we can only recommend up to 275 lbs.

**Q: Is the width comfortable for adult male? 220 lbs. 5'11" ? These type of gaming chaits tend to make you feel very narrow.**
A: Yes. 6'1" 225 and I'm comfortable for hours.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gamer Mom says "Don't lean forward!"
*by K***C on April 26, 2020*

I was pretty excited to get this, and really surprised when it came a day earlier than expected. I was impressed with the packaging, each piece individually wrapped, foam on all the vitals. Assembly was all good until I got to the back of the chair, I needed my son to help me. That was the only part of the process where I felt two people were necessary. I didn't expect the base of this chair to be what it was actually. In the video and pics it looks plastic. It isn't. It's metal, not solid metal, but metal tubing. It has an elastic, pleather covering on it that is held in place by the feet of the base (like rivets). The chair is pretty comfortable overall. It has some lower lumbar support, but nothing to brag about. If you need extra lower support, this chair won't give it to you. It reminds me very much of a dental chair. The one issue I have with this chair...the seat. Me F, 5'8". The seat of this chair is very deep, my feet almost don't touch the floor if I sit all the way back in it. Again, I feel like a kid at the dentist. My mother, who is shorter than me, tried the chair. Before I could tell her to sit back in it, she almost dumped! She was sitting in the middle of the seat. I would say, do not sit forward of the middle of this, you will tip over. Now, on to the controls. The handle to recline the back of the chair needs to be pulled out in order to release a pin in the back of the chair which keeps it locked in place where you want it. I didn't figure this out right away, and I imagine that some of you will have the same issue. I tried to pull and push that handle a good couple times before i peeked over the side at what I was doing. *Facepalm* I was totally doing it wrong. So mental note, the handle gets pulled outward, away from the chair. Lastly I want to talk about the handle that allows you to bring the footrest up. This is the one piece of the chair that feels cheap. It's clunky. It's not tough to release, but it's not easy either. After spending what I spent on this item, that was the part that hurt most. I do like this chair, please don't get me wrong. These are just some of the gripes I had. You may feel differently. It really is an impressive chair when you see it. I imagine anyone 5'10" and taller would really feel comfy. I just need longer legs.
