The only set back for me was that there was a hole missing so I had to drill one in order to fully put it together. the directions to put it together are not really easy to follow but it was pretty easy to put together. it took about two or three hours to gather everything and put together. once up started spinning with the wind, it works great and it's nice to watch it spin.
