Looks as good as new now. It was a little tricky to install so I rolled back the leather and cut some of the foam and plastic material away from the side where the zipper ends up so that I could tuck it into the clip. The other side tucked into the clip just fine. Took about 20 minutes. I saw other ones out there for as much as $30.
