This waffle teether is perfect because it's all soother and no handle, so no matter which way she turns it, the soothing part ends-up in her mouth. She now has two little teeth emerging and we got this just in time. These chew toys seemed like a much better alternative and are hilarious. I especially love the bacon version. The waffle with butter is cute too. Photo opps are endless. My niece loves the bacon. More importantly, my baby does as well! It has a great texture and consistency - it's not too hard or too soft, and feels good,even when just squeezing with your fingers. My almost 5 month old could actually hang on to this teether pretty easily, due to the square shape, and he really seemed to enjoy it. The only thing that was slightly gross was that his copious drool sits in the squares of the waffle after he has been using it, similar to the effect of maple syrup!
