**Q: Can it clip on to baby's gym mat? .. He needs different toys to clip to his gym  ?? This looks fun.. if you have something else musical or that lights up I can clip on to his baby Gym or car seat I would love to be directed ..thank you Julie!!**
A: Yes, it has a ring that you can clip onto things like a gym, car seat, etc. It's not musical and doesn't light up, but it's been one of my baby's favorite toys since she was 3-4 months old.  She's 7+ months now.  She likes it so much that we got another one so she has two.  One Freddie and one Fifi.  Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes has music and lights.  She likes that one a lot too, more so now that she's older.

**Q: Can Freddie be machine washed on delicate cycle, then air-dried?**
A: I haven't tried,  but I think it would ruin the "plastic mirror" part of the toy. I would just hand wash with mild soap and air dry.

I bought this toy for my son when he was 3 months old. Initially he didn’t show much interest but now at 5 months he loves playing with this toy. He loves the crinkly noise it makes. Only negative is the price and the long delivery time.

C'est la deuxième fois que j'offre cette élan. Bonne qualité, le premier a servit a trois bébés consécutif. Très facile a attrapé même pour de petite main (pattes fines, "corne", et anneau au niveau de la queue). Il sert aussi pour ce faire les dents, surtout ses grandes "cornes". Il a un sifflet dans le corps, chaque sabot est d'un texture différente et fait un bruit particulier.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Moose vs. Peacock --> MOOSE WINS!

We bought this for our baby and also received the Lamaze peacock as a gift. Our baby definitely prefers the moose. We started him off with the peacock since it's a little smaller, but he never played with it much. At first we thought he was too young to appreciate it so kept placing the peacock in his lap and shaking it encouragingly at him. But he continued to ignore it. Finally, spurred by my friend (who told me her baby was reaching for toys that have a ring on one end), I busted out the moose, which has rings on its butt, and offered it encouragingly to our little boy. He still won't reach for it, but he definitely loves it, grabs onto it when we put it in his lap, and stares at it intently when it's not in his lap. He will play with it and wrestle it, and my husband told me that our nanny goes to the bedroom to find it for him all the time because she also noticed that he likes it. In hindsight, we think he likes the moose better because it's easier for him to handle. The spindly legs are easy for small hands to wrap around, and he likes hanging onto the scarf. He chews on the antlers, and the nose, and yes, the butt. The two rings on the butt make a clinking sound that he also likes and he hangs onto that part as well. The peacock is a little too bulky we think and doesn't have any easy-to-grab parts besides the ring, which now that I think about it is the only part he ever played with. He'd grab the ring and put his mouth on it. Perhaps we will revisit the peacock when he's older to play with the different parts of the tail, but for any kid who likes noisy toys and has basic motor skills of grabbing things and putting it in his/her mouth, this moose is a hit. Note: this toy is MACHINE WASHABLE(!!!). It says so on the tag and makes me very happy. Our peacock says "surface wash only." We haven't machine-washed him yet (but we plan to). I did rinse him under the sink and let him air dry before handing him to our kid and he fared beautifully.
