I am bra size 36DD-E (while breastfeeding) and a Large size fit me no problem. I first put it on the biggest clip (after night and full of milk) and made it on the smallest towards the end of pumping. I had two free hands and that made the whole process a lot more enjoyable. I was walking around the house with two full bottles (160ml each) in the bra and it held just fine :) it is comfortable and stretchy. I like the fact that the back is wide and so are the straps, very important towards comfort while breastfeeding/pumping. I would definitely recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So great I bought another one. It was too small (everyone in the reviews was reporting the sizing chart was all wrong), impossible to zip up (who creates a bra that zippers up the front?), and so tight it restricted my milk production, regardless of what size I got (and I'm a size 12 with 36DD breasts so not that unusual for a breastfeeding lady!).This bra is everything the stupid Medela brand was not. It's easy to put on, comfortable, fits well, and holds those breast shields in place, regardless of size (I have several different brands).So good I bought another one to wear when this one is in the wash. SO HAPPY. :D ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth a try *by 1***3 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 May 2020* Tried quite a few bras to enable hands free pumping and although I found it was never as helpful as advertised (you can’t get on with loads of other things whilst pumping - I still had to sit relatively still and strategically to make sure everything stayed in place but at least you don’t have to grip pumps in an awkward position)! Worth trying as I feel it is impossible to say which bra may work for you without giving them a go but if there is a chance it can help you, take it!
