Review: Good overall salt for daily use - I was looking for a salt that had all of the intact minerals and not just sodium chloride. I also wanted something that had no impurities in it and came from a reputable source. I had read in different online sources that Colima Mexico has a good source of salt that has a good source of these minerals so I decided to try this brand out. I use about 1 teaspoon a day either in my tea or taken alone. The taste is pretty powerful and numbing to the taste but it doesn't have any funky flavors and works great in cooking. It doesn't seem to affect my blood pressure when I take this with magnesium so I think overall I am getting the added minerals of salt which is needed if you follow a ketogenic diet and want to be regular.

This is the first unrefined salt I have tried and I am pleasantly surprised. It adds a very nice flavor to my food. This bag is much smaller than I was expecting, especially for the price. I will research and try to find a better price when it is time to reorder.
