This is normal and is easily corrected by bending the item back into place. Many Reaper miniatures must also be glued together such as certain limbs and weapons. Neither of these conditions constitutes a defect.

I bought 4 reaper brand miniatures at the same time, one seemed pretty great, this one seemed ok, the other 2 turned me off from the brand completely. Details of this one are good, but the base seemed off. Either due to metal slag at the bottom or just imbalanced, either way I put an extra plate under it for better balance.
