## Description

The Elite Fitness PT675 deluxe power tower is designed to maximize strength and muscle development without weights, simply by using your own body weight. 4 built in stations allow for 7 body strengthening exercises including: pull ups, chin ups, vertical knee raise ( VKR) push up sit up, dips, and reverse dips all in a very compact amount of space. With all workout stations built off the front of the unit, the elite power tower can be positioned against a wall, or in the corner of the room. 250 lb. weight capacity.

Review: Great Value! - First, the box looked like it fell off the delivery trucks five times. I took pics in case I had to return it. Luckily, only some minor scratches, and all the parts were still in the box. Good instructions, if you follow them closely. I messed up a time or two. My fault. It was quite a work out to assemble, 2+ hours for me. So, I used it today. First, I'm 6', 190, 66 years old. It's a little wider than I'm used to at the gym for my knee/leg lifts, but I'm using some extra muscles now, and all is good. I'm using it on wall-to-wall carpeting, so it isn't rock steady, but by slowing down a bit, the wobble is minimal (I don't do any side-to-side stuff). Not perfect, but for what I paid, I'm VERY happy.
Review: More substantial than expected. Very well designed - I was really pleasantly surprised by the sturdyness and ergonomics of this exercise tower. (I'm avg ht and wt 165 lbs). This is every bit as good as the towers I've used at gyms. A large amount of thought clearly went into the design, and the end result is very very good; amazing to find at this price range. I thought the arm rest width for the vertical knee lift was quite okay; should not be too wide for most guys imho; like other reviewer pointed out, could be an issue for some; I looked at other towers though and they all seemed to be about the same width.
