    Seems to work well for us who are extra sensitive to lectins.

Some of us are extra-sensitive to lectins.  THIS IS A REAL BIOCHEMICAL ISSUE, NOT A BUNCH OF HYPE.  Gluten (a lectin) intolerance is one specific example of this problem.  Lectins can do damage especially to cells in our GI tracts by tightly binding to specific sugar molecules which coat these cells.  For some of us, lectin binding also activates a damaging immune process in addition.  This product seems to work.  Some similar products from other brands themselves cause an adverse reaction when I take them:  I feel worse and sleep poorly.  True Health Ultimate Lectin Defense doesn't seem to cause this problem for me.  Comparing labels of various products suggests that the ingredient that causes me problems is Larch Arabinogalactans.  True Health Ultimate Lectin Defense does not have this ingredient, so it is a much better choice for me.  Do not expect to necessarily notice benefits from this supplement if you are not highly sensitive to lectins.

I have some food sensitivities especially gluten which I have removed from my diet and in general I eat pretty healthy. For the first time in a year I ate Cracker Barrel pancakes and had no issues with the wheat and/or gluten after taking these. I didn’t feel sluggish, Sinus issues, Or drastically bloated. Of course I don’t plan to eat big meals or eat foods with gluten regularly but I am so glad to know I have these when I need them. If you other underlying health issues like vitamin deficiencies, overgrowth yeast, parasites, or whatever this may not solve or fix your all of your issues.

I have suffered from IBS-D for 40+ years, having tried the Fodmap diet and even resorting to Xifaxin twice.This was recommended to me by an acquaintance. It has been a miracle for me! I take 2 capsules beforeeating anything that usually causes problems. So far no relapse! If you have IBS-D, do yourself a favor and try these. I can now eat anything--although I'm still careful.
