A: Yes it does u jus have to put on the wheels,oh u will need 9 AAA batteries for the wheels have individual lights

**Q: The three wheels that came, look all the same. When trying to install one in front, it is too tight with two break discs on, too lose with one/none?**
A: Sorry I can’t remember for sure.  Ours went together pretty easily.  I seem to remember that I first put them on backwards and had to turn them around.  Good luck.

**Q: How to charge battery?**
A: The charging port is located on the right side of the trike, below the forward portion of the riders seat. It's a small round receptacle, but it's there. Fits perfectly with the plug-in counter-part.
