Review: My cichlids love this food - I have a Demasoni and a yellow lab cichlid. My daily feed for the them is this companies Spirulina flakes. On Saturday, I give them a treat of this food and on Sunday is the no feeding day to give their digestive tract a rest. They love this food. The fish are still small so I only give them one pellet each at this time. I believe this to be a quality food and recommend it.
