ONe person said yes and one said no. Anyone have any experience with this specific product?** A: Yes, there are holes in the center. Or do I have to get a trap/box? pet and kid free house here** A: If you simply throw the chunks of poison out onto the patio or around your yard, some of the poison will be carried off and away by other animals .........such as squirrels. If you throw it into the entrance and exit holes the rats use they will push it out of their tunnels. Havoc works well, I recommend threading a wire through the hole that is present in the bait and securing the ends...........sort of forces the pests to eat the poison in place and then you will see the product disappearing ..............and you will know then to keep an eye open for dead rats around your property/ If any of your neighbors have pets or small children a bait box may be a much safer way to go. **Q: Is this peanut butter flavored?
