The unit itself is very sturdy, though I haven't tried stacking them. It was simple to assemble but snapping the rails in place was difficult since it was such a tight fit. I took a big gouge out of my hand when the rail popped off when I tried to pull it apart to re-adjust for a size of can. I think it's a tighter fit than it needs to be but on the positive side it isn't going to come apart on it's own. The design is very adjustable and of the common can sizes I have, all would work fine. The company sells spare parts on their website, so it's possible to expand as needed. The cupboard 20 track is not as deep, therefore will not connect to the Pantry Plus 60. However, you can connect multiple Cupboard 20 units together. The Pantry Plus 60 is compatible with the Pantry 40. Hope this helps! **Q: How wide are the 40 and 60 can units? How can I possible know if these sizes will fit my pantry if i don't know how wide these units are?** A: The system consists of 4 struts and dividers. The struts are composed of 10" pieces that snap together so for the 60 can unit, you could opt to only use two of the struts for a total width of 20" of all 3 for a total width of 30". The struts have insert holes all along the width of the strut and this is where the dividers go, thus allowing you to place your dividers at any width you wish to customize for your cans. The height and depth of the system is fixed as that is based on the dimensions of the dividers - 10" high, 16" depth. I imagine if you really wanted to, you could cut the strut to get a width between 20" and 30". I didn't need to do that. **Q: This can not hold 6 rows of regular cans. I have so many of the side pieces leftover after assembling all my sets. Can you buy additional tracks?** A: Obviously you are using can's that are taller than a normal soup can / baked beans can..... they will hold (6) end to end...... a couple of my Bins I used shorter Mushroom Cans & Longer Soups .... you can mix / match as you need to make them fit. I purchased (3) sets and put them on TOP of one another. Don't know why you have side pieces leftover...... you may not be assembling them correctly.... Reread your instructions. imo **Q: Are these tracks the same size as the pantry plus tracks?** A: The Pantry and the Pantry Plus use the same size tracks. The Cupboard has a different size track. Love: I love the FIFO rotation! It’s so nice being able to just toss my cans in and they just come out according to date! This is a great way to “consolidate” :) your pantry. It helps keep everything visible and rotated so you keep your stuff fresh, and see what you have and still need. The installation was easy and I was able to do it on my own! The track has numbers so you can ensure that your rotation panels are evenly and properly spaced and aligned with each other! Don’t love: my pantry isn’t ideal, but I’m making the best of it! If you don’t utilize all of the space, or configure it differently, you’ll end up with excess track. It’s not a deal breaker, though. Just annoying. I also don’t love that the description states they will accommodate cans up to 4” in diameter. It includes a picture of Progresso soup. I have also included progresso soup, with a tape measure showing you the dimensions of the can as well as the opening to the rotation panels. As you can see, it can comfortably accommodate a 3+1/2” diameter can.
