However the large knives fit well but the smaller ones rattle about. There is no space to fit the hone, you have to use the slot designed for scissors. But it holds a lot of knives and has a drainage hole in the bottom so you can wash it. I preferred my old one but it was 30 years old and could not be washed so although only clean knives were stored in it I thought I really should replace it for hygienic reasons. I removed two stars for the non removable bottom and no place for a hone ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality, compact knife holder *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 July 2020* Great quality and looks good and is so compact. I managed to get 12 varying size knives in comfortably. The base is removable for cleaning but it is very snug (which is good) but a bit difficult to take out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ How safe is it *by J***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 August 2019* It’s really nice looking and used it for holding knife which give us safety protection --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/129202876-gudoqi-universal-knife-block-stainless-steel-square-knife-holder-14](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/129202876-gudoqi-universal-knife-block-stainless-steel-square-knife-holder-14) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
