I miss running but have a dodgy knee so need support?** A: I don’t run due to arthritis and use only as a support when I walking more than normal it’s helps hold my knee ... but would not like to say it would if you run its only a support you would to give it a try **Q: Do you measure with knee bent as in picture or with leg straight standing?** A: Measure 10cm (4") above the centre of your knee onto you thigh. Whether you bend your knee makes no difference to the result. You'll find the brace a tight fit to slip up your leg but when straps are applied it does give great support to your knee in preventing you from bending at the too hard thus removing any sudden pain. They fix with velcro. I'm having to wear it most of the day and it gives good support. Make sure you measure your leg as per instructions so you get the right size. Maybe my knee is too swollen to wrap it around but have tried on my non swollen knee and it is still too short. I’m 6ft 1” and maybe this is why it’s come out shorter and unuseable for me. Have worn the sleeve for two days to help compress the swelling in my knee and it has helped reduce the swelling over the two days I have worn it. Support wise I think it’s okay if your looking for mid range support as my knee doesn’t feel fully supported in the sleeve BUT it does help a lot so don’t take my word for it as everyone is different!
