Turn it side ways to see bottom of it. **Q: How do you get the free spiraliser attachment?** A: When I bought mine the offer of a free spiraliser had finished a few days before so I didn't get one. It's a substantial machine with a powerful motor, that's very quiet when in use.initially I had an issue, but a quick exchange of emails with Amazon had it sorted.The processor is a delight to use, the three bowl idea is brilliant as I can whizz through different foods without having to stop and clean between each one.
