I am pleased to report that this company did an excellent job of helping me through a somewhat challenging process, and adding this to add to my home is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. There were problems with the delivery company, it was hard to get a clear report of when they were delivered, and it was a surprise when it came. Moving the heavy tub from where the forklift stopped to where I wanted it in my house was another challenge, but that one was on me and will be on anyone who orders a tub online. My electrician put in the appropriate 220V circuit, but there were problems with the control panel that prevented the tub from operating once it was hardwired into the circuit. However, customer support helped my electrician get the tub up and running minus some features, and the company sent out a Warranty trained electrician to finish the job. This was at no cost to me. The tub itself works great, and it is a dream to sit in and watch the steam rise. The product gets five stars and the company gets a big high five for the way it solved the problems we encountered.
