Can they hold 4mm ethernet cables?** A: Yes they should hold your ethernet cables but they are fiddly to apply the double sided adhesives and don't stick all that well anyway. **Q: Will round ethernet cable fit in this?** A: Yes. Ethernet cable should fit without problem. Only slight disadvantage is that the adhesive pads are fiddly to apply to the back of the clips and don't stick too well on a slightly rough or unprepared surface. Given that the extension lead cable is quite heavy, I found that the adhesion was surprisingly strong - just had to make sure that the surface being stuck onto is very clean and dry with no dust.A couple of criticisms - I ordered the transparent clips but they come with black adhesion sticky pads. Ultimately it didn't matter to me as I'd mentioned above the cable was a tight fit so hid the black pads but something to bear in mind if you are using to clip smaller cables on a white background.The other critism is that peeling the backing off the sticky pads was very fiddly as they're quite small.
