Review: Smooth & Mesmerizing - I followed the recommendation of some others on here - I primed and spray painted the petals (I went with mirror gold) and it looks fantastic. It really looks like a giant sunflower and it moves so smooth. It glides quietly and is relaxing to watch. I've only had it a couple of weeks but it feels well made. The leaves rotate too and that's a nice touch. Easy to assemble. I would buy again.
Review: Better than expected! - Being made in China, I half-dreaded this product's arrival, fearing it would be some flimsy, cheesey piece of crap. Surprise, surprise, it's actually pretty well made. The metal is substantial, the machining of the threads for screwing pieces together is quite good, and the design seems to be well thought out. Some reviewers said theirs came not in the burnished coppery bronze color in the ad, but in black. Ours is as shown--perhaps a little darker, but definitely not black. Be aware that this item is LARGE. The flower parts are 2 feet across and the whole unit stands 6 feet above ground. It will dominate the space where you put it. In sum, we're pleased, and would buy it again.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: can this be painted?**
A: Yes I have painted 4 of them using a can gloss spray in bright yellow for the outer blades. On the inside of the blades I did one coat of a semi gloss interior house paint as a base coat. Then I used 8 vibrant colors of the rainbow of an Acrylic paint in 2 ounce bottles I bought at Hobby Lobby or Michael's. After painting the inside blades with the rainbow colors in order of the rainbow with 3 coats each blade. I finished with spraying them with a Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic Coating to protect and seal the colors. When you see the sunflower spin it is very colorful to watch.

**Q: Can I order a replacement T, hardware, and caps?**
A: I would search the store site available via the Amazon site

**Q: How do balance this?**
A: Just need to make sure it's anchored in the ground good

**Q: Where csn i get a replacement part? I missed placed a piece when we moved**
A: I don’t know- usually that info is listed on assembly instructions that mine did not come with

I bought this for my sister for Christmas and we were just blown away when we built it. I cannot say enough good things about this! It is SO well made, the petals spin effortlessly and it has such an expensive look to it! It's sturdy as heck and has a heck of a presence about it. I am now buying one for myself as well!! Lol This is an incredible piece and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for yard art. DON'T HESITATE TO BUY IT!!!!
