Wow, that's exactly what I was looking for, the taste is strong & tangy, these really do have that strong salt & vinegar taste, it's a very fine powder too, a bit like talcum powder consistency so it coats & sticks quite easily. I originally purchased the 500 gram bag, I can't see this hanging around long so I've just ordered the larger 1.8 kg bag. I've tried most of the salt and vinegar flavours and this is a good one. Most of the others are pure salt, this one has a very definite vinegar flavour but overpowering. Its smells strongly of vinegar but to me tastes like the flavouring on salt and vinegar crisps. It had a very powdery texture, it doesn't sprinkle like salt does. I've also found that if you put it on chips or something warm it melts into it rather than staying on the surface like salt does. You get LOADS for the money, compared to other salt and vinegar seasoning I've bought its incredible value. I'm glad I gave it a go and always have some to add to popcorn or unflavoured crisps. I wouldnt be without it. **Q: Is this suitable for vegans?** A: Hi, Yes this product is suitable for Vegans, all the ingredients and nutritional information is listed in one the images to the left of the main image. **Q: Hello - is this suitable for celiacs? the information sheet says 'yes' but the allergens info in the ingredients days 'gluten'** A: I have no adea, what I can tell you is that it's tasteless ... save your money. **Q: Are there any phosphates or potassium in this.** A: According to the label, it's just vinegar powders, sea salt, and citric acid - the last being the smallest ingredient.
