I have a caligraphy pen and I used that to write in recipients names. I would think there would be a similar template in WORD that might be used, just use plain paper to align first. Good luck! **Q: Is there a template available for printing on these certificates?** A: Yes **Q: How do I fill in the blanks ? I don’t want to use pen?** A: I did mine on the inkjet printer with Publisher. It looked great! My handwriting is horrible. It takes some playing around to get it to be on the lines. **Q: is there an online template to fill in the information?** A: There is in the newer systems. You probably can find in the older running word programs but will have to make some adjustments for perfect lining. I would do some test runs on blank sheet of paper even on a simple word or open office and just align with certificate. Once it aligns perfectly you are good to then use the certs for printing.
