My expiration date is 7/17. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CocoaVia Works for Me *by B***. on October 26, 2015* I've tried CocoaVia a couple of times over the past two years. I'm 56 years old. I keep track of my blood tests in a spreadsheet (tested every 6 months). Early last year I first tried CocoaVia capsules; taking one per day after breakfast. My following blood test revealed my triglycerides had dropped exactly in half from 176 to 88. My total cholesterol dropped from 198 to 172. I decided to quit using CocoaVia and try eating a quarter teaspoon of cacao nibs as the nibs are much cheaper. My next blood test revealed my total cholesterol had risen to 202 and triglycerides shot up to 281. Over the past six months I've begun using CocoaVia again (one per day as before). A recent blood test revealed my total cholesterol was 196 and triglycerides were 113. My HDL rose from 39 to 47. I have made a few other changes to my regimen and lost some weight, but I definitely feel CocoaVia is a worthwhile supplement. Before I started using it again I noticed a pain on the inside of my left arm between the bicep and tricep, which caused me some concern. A few days after using it the pain had disappeared. After two months, in August, my cholesterol dropped to 190 and my HDL, LDL, and triglycerides all also improved. During that time, I had actually regained some weight and exercised less. These pills are easy for me to swallow, and I usually have trouble with vitamins. There is no aftertaste and there were no indications in my blood work that it caused any negative side effects.
