Second attempt I even cleaned the window and pedestal mating surfaces just to try to create a better seal in hopes of better results but even after this (in addition to applying constant pressure down onto the pedestal, which wasn’t an easy task being located at the center of the windshield) I watched as pressure gradually found a way to bleed out. In order words, the small amount of pressure that you are required to inject into the repair area can not hold the resin in place for the required minimum 20 minutes as easy as the product literature claims. Repair was attempted in a garage with ambient +60 degrees F temps so I’m pretty sure the temperature didn’t play a significant role in preventing seal blow-by.
