I mixed with water (plus added extra as seemed too thick and it still worked so id advise you can do the same too) and put on my damp towel dried hair and I only left it on for 20 mins not 45, then rinse, shampoo and hair mask and this is my results ! Strong smell so make sure you leave bathroom door open, but my hair doesnt feel compromised at all !
